Meet Kim, a director at a national credit union in Illinois, with over 20 years of experience in the banking world. She’s navigated the branch and contact center space like a pro, all while keeping her sense of humor intact.
Kim is the heart and soul behind the Bob Potokar Love Your Face Foundation, a cause close to her heart. She founded it to spread awareness, fund research, and enrich the lives of those affected by Multiple Myeloma. Her passion for this mission is fueled by her late husband Bob’s courageous battle with the disease.
When she’s not busy being a superhero in the banking and nonprofit worlds, Kim is an avid animal advocate. She supports local shelters and, in her spare time, loves to cook up a storm, travel, and spoil her three adorable dogs: Comiskey, Fenway, and Augusta.

Meet Rich Holke, the digital care experience manager at the largest credit union in Illinois, where he expertly manages the needs of over 850,000 members and oversees assets worth more than twenty billion dollars. No big deal, right?
When he’s not busy being a financial superhero, Rich dons his volunteer cape. As the President of the Board for the Des Plaines Community Foundation, he leads efforts to make his local community a better place. And if that wasn’t enough, he’s also the President of the National Board for the United Airlines Mainliner and the Assistant Treasurer of the Chicago chapter.
Rich’s passion for bridging the digital divide shines through his role as a Director on the Board of the Alliant Foundation. He’s on a mission to ensure everyone has access to technology and opportunities, especially underserved populations.
But wait, there’s more! Rich is a dedicated animal advocate, lending his support to local shelters like Anderson Humane, Tiny N Tall Rescue, The Charlie Project Dog Rescue, and PAWS of Tinley Park.
Rich’s life is a delightful mix of dedication, community service, and a sprinkle of humor.

Dana’s professional journey includes time at a financial services company, where she worked as a closing coordinator, ensuring all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. She has nearly 14 years climbing the ranks from assistant manager to retail store manager at a national bookstore. She probably knows more about books than most librarians!

Meet Sue, the Senior Vice President of Operations at an alternative educational services company, where she’s been inspiring teams and building community relations with flair. With over 25 years of experience, Sue has a knack for turning challenges into opportunities and making a positive impact in the educational sector. Before her current role, she served as the VP of Center Operations, where she was responsible for startup, leadership, and program implementation across multiple locations.
Sue’s professional journey is impressive, but her personal life is just as vibrant. She’s a proud owner of a French Bulldog who probably thinks he’s the boss. Sue loves to unwind by going on cruises and sipping martinis, enjoying the finer things in life.
Sue’s dedication to her work is matched by her commitment to a cause close to her heart. She serves on the board to honor her late family member, Bob, whose battle with Multiple Myeloma was too short. Her involvement is driven by a deep desire to raise awareness and support for those affected by the disease.
Sue’s life is a delightful blend of professional excellence, personal joy, and heartfelt advocacy.
Meet Comiskey, Fenway, and Augusta, the three furry mascots of the foundation, each named after one of Bob’s favorite sports venues. These lovable canines take their roles very seriously, providing endless love, cuddles, and a healthy dose of comic relief when things get stressful. Whether it’s Comiskey’s enthusiastic tail wagging, Fenway’s playful antics, or Augusta’s soulful eyes, these pups know exactly how to lift everyone’s spirits.
When they’re not busy being adorable, these three often volunteer to run errands with the Foundation’s President. Picture this: Comiskey riding shotgun, barking directions; Fenway in the backseat, trying to catch every passing car; and Augusta, the dignified one, making sure everyone stays on task. Together, they make quite the team, proving that even in the busiest of times, a little canine companionship can make all the difference.
